SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

SHIPPING
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS to all addresses in the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 6-12 business days from the ship date. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected shipping method.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We ship to the United States only. We have seen the interest so we may open up to international orders.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Refunds will be issued for the product price minus original shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged item at russellbutlerkeepdancing@gmail.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
